This session will provide an opportunity for the palliative care community to discuss how to navigate communication challenges presented at this time due to COVID-19. Ask questions and discuss how to talk about some difficult topics. Questions during this session may include:

  • What are some best practices with regard to anticipating needs and concerns when we do not have all of the answers at this time?
  • How do I respond in situations when emotions are running high?
  • What advice and guidance are there for responding to concerns related to having limited resources?
