Rachael Heitner, MA, CHPCA

Rachael Heitner is a Research Manager at CAPC, working on various projects within the Research department, including the co-management of the National Palliative Care Registry™ and Mapping Community Palliative Care.

Prior to her work with CAPC, she spent five years responsible for the smooth business operations of an inpatient palliative care team, as well as for support at the health system level, providing her a working knowledge of the importance of palliative care as a medical specialty and its potential benefits to both patients and health care organizations.

Ms. Heitner has a BA from New York University and an MA from Carnegie Mellon University. She is currently pursuing a MPH from Dartmouth College.
