PCLC Core, PCLC Custom, PCLC Peds:

$3,500 per team (not per person) of up to four people from one institution.
$3,250 per team (not per person) for those that include a hospital finance person in the group.
$200 per each additional person after four (Teams larger than four are welcome).

Palliative Care Leadership Centers^TM (PCLC) is a national training and mentoring initiative supported by a consortium of funders, with direction and technical assistance provided by the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC). PCLC offers training and mentoring to help start and expand hospital palliative care programs in the U.S.
