Crosswalk of JCAHO Standards and Palliative Care - PC Policies, Procedures and Assessment Tools

CAPC has developed the Crosswalk of JCAHO Standards and Palliative Care to provide hospitals with the policy and administrative foundation for delivering palliative care services that are consistent with JCAHO standards. The Crosswalk reflects a review in March 2007 of the current updates for the Comprehensive Accreditation Manuals for Hospitals.
