We have our cancer rehab PT and OT see our patients and we do not have a fast/easy tool for bedside nurses at this time. (Unless you count the palliative performance scale that primarily has some prognostic value - bedside nurses could easily use this scale). We are also working on a new QI project that may ultimately lead us to a better/simpler tool for such functional assessment.
