I am trying to determine the Fair Market Value rate for a Medical Director of Palliative Care in Fresno, California.

Can anyone provide guidance as to the going rate for this service?

The proposed rate is $150.00 per hour.

I am not sure what the hourly rate would be; most palliative care physicians are salaried, with rates depending on board certification, years of experience and clinical vs. administrative duties.
