Post Clinical Nurse Leaders in Palliative Care

Is anybody using Clinical Nurse Leaders in their palliative care programs? I am the palliative nurse coordinator for an in-patient program who is graduating soon from a graduate nursing program with a clinical nurse leader degree. I am looking for examples of how CNLs are working in palliative care.

I am not aware of any programs utilizing the CNL. Since the role of the CNL is new and primarily developed in academia, I would encourage you to discuss this with the faculty and advisors for your program. I'm sure they will also want to support you as you are conceptualizing and marketing yourself in this new role.
