Post Ind Contractor Med Director Hospice > 1 hospice co

As a physician with ability to manage more than one hospice program I am wanting to add another hospice to my load. I am not employed rather have an agreement as an independent contractor. As long as I provide the needed services well is there any issue. It is not discussed in the contract. Thus I expect it is not forbidden and thus not needed to be declaired. What do you think?
