Post Salary for RN or APN
Author: HobokenUMC

We are making an offer to an RN to head our Palliative Care program. This is a new program for our hospital; therefore, this person will be in charge of developing the policies and procedures, growth, education, etc, etc. Our compensation team came back with 85K salary, but the RN said this position calls for 95K. I've met another APN in the area (NJ) who is at 115K. Can you tell me what the average salary would be for either an RN or APN? We are in Hoboken, New Jersey. Thanks so much!
