I can speak to the minimum, ie, I am the sole provider in the hospital, seeing pts on referral. I have no assigned IDT staff and no administrative staff but use existing staff who are responsible to the hospital administrator.

how many patients do you have on average a day and how many palliative care referrals do you see a month?
