Hello everyone. I am not a director, but do sit on our program's leadership group, and provide leadership and clinical supervision for our program's psychosocial team. We are actively discussing various issues related to the role and function of the social work group in relation to our nurse and physician colleagues. I see this as an interesting phase of managing growth and change: making long held assumptions more explicit, and challenging us to articulate our clincal practice objectives and methodologies.
