I am a social worker who is a full-time administrator for the Division of Palliative Medicine on 2 campuses. I am very hands-on with the teams and all their operations, but I have no clinical responsibilities. I manage the HR, budgeting, revenue cycle, strategy, educational activities and relationships with our hospice partner and with other hospital departments and department of medicine divisions

Hi,
Our hospital is starting a palliative care program and I will be the coordinator. I will have both clinical and administrative responsibilities. I am an LCSW. I would be happy to talk with other social workers who are in similar positions. We are a small rural hospital.
