Post Database/EMR Recommendations?

I am developing a community-based pediatric palliative care program and currently searching for a database in which we can input data, develop the care plan, etc.

In my preliminary search, I've seen some mention of Suncoast and Mumms. Are there any others you all out there are using? We'd much prefer to buy one and make modifications then pay to build one.

We use CareFacts. It has been a long project, but we have gotten used to it, and it was an ongoing effort to be able to adapt it to our needs, but is does provide the basics, and they (the company) have been flexible and helpful in terms of helping us add/ change forms, pathways, etc. so that it works better for pediatrics.
