I agree with Stacy -- the field will benefit from the outcome of your project. In addition to her feedback, I would offer the successful model we've used (and others as well) of conducting and coordinating regular educational sessions with your identified community providers. We've established quarterly meetings where representatives from most of the major hospice and home care agencies we work with "in the field" come together for education sessions (with CEUs), lunch and networking. They determine the program content they want to learn and also participate in group projects, like developing a standard order sheet for pediatric patients that all could use. In addition to "just in time learning" this has really fostered a community of agencies who know each other, can reach out and know they'll get help, and have increased their confidence and willingness to work with pediatric patients.
