Thanks a bunch I knew about most of what your site offered but you did offer good advice. In fact we are during our needs assessment now and will start meeting regularly to get moving on a lot of what you touched on. Specifically one question that comes to mind is where I can find educational Pediatric training modules like scenerios our staff can use in order to start practicing and learning. Do you know where these may be and if there is a fee? Thanks again for your responce.
