We recently change our Cardiac Arrest or Code 99 in our facility to Code Blue and also need to change our pre-printed order sets to reflect this change. It is also an opportunity to change the entire form and use different terminonolgy such as AND. Would someone be willing to email a copy of the current classification or code status order which might include AND? I am also looking to add suggested terminology to the form as well. Any information would be helpful.
