Hi,
I would suggest talking with Brian Carter at Vanderbilt (not to put him on the spot) but he has published a NICU protocol and would be very helpful. We don't have a separate protocol for our NICU but there are a number of programs that have started their palliative care programs through the NICU in addition to Vanderbilt -- and perhaps they'll weigh in!
