The Hopsice and Palliative Care Nurses Association (hpna.org) may has some resources you might be interested in, though they are print form and you would have to order. You can also check out the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (nhpco.org) for information on local resources. Utilizing local resources may be your best bet though.
