The Palliative Care Directory of Hospitals is a resource to help you or a loved one locate a hospital in your area that provides a palliative care program. The directory is based upon palliative care programs listed in the 2007 American Hospital Association (AHA) Annual Survey.

I hope that this serves as a resource to your family in identifying a palliative care physician in that area.

While this looks like a good resource, it is by no means complete. Our hospital has had a palliative care program for four years, yet we are not listed on this website. I will contact my network of palliative care social workers, and see if I can find any suggestions for you there.
