Is there any Not-for-Profit small Hospice who is currently providing home Palliative Care services without having to have a Home Health License? If so, I would like to talk with you about your model, method of reimbursement, use of hospice staff cross over to do Palliative Care in the home, etc. Thank you!

As far as I understand, license is necessary. I know one home care tulsa who runs palliative care, but not sure if they have licence.
