Post Palliative Care outpatient services.

Our inpatient service was established 2/2005, we are now in the process of building a new cancer center. We want to incorporate out patient palliative care services for our cancer patients as well as hospital follow up visits.

I need to start working on a business plan. Need help with planning, can someone share their experiecnes. I would appreciate any information.

I would encourage you to contact Patrick Coyne at the Virginia Commonwealth University Palliative Care Leadership Center. They are a comprehensive cancer center and one of the PCLC's.
