Post Consults per bed in LTAC/SNF population

Does anyone have numbers of how many consults per bed per annum to expect for palliative care in a LTAC/SNF population (i.e. CAPC quotes a 0.5 consult per bed per annum in a nascent inpatient population as a general rule of thumb).

Greetings--the hospital metric was obtained by reviewing information from hundreds of new programs; there is no such database for long term care from which to provide any sort of expected data. Variables that will effect consultation numbers include the palliative care program scope of practice, number and availability of staff, acceptance of palliative care by the facility staff, and more.
