Post PALLIATIVE CARE CAPSTONE PROJECT
Author: Tljones1971

Hello,

I am a doctoral student who has chosen to start an End-of-Life Care education program in a nursing home. I chose this as a project because of the deficiencies I have witnessed due to lack of knowledge and confidence by the staff in the long term care setting. I am pilotting the program in one nursing home first and plan to expand to different nursing homes once the evaluation of the first program has been proved to be successful. I need to write the policies and procedures, standing orders, and curriculum for the program. I go before the IRB at the end of the next quarter which starts in October.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

Tametra
