The below response is from Dr. Todd Cote, Chief Medical Officer of Hospice of the Bluegrass:

They or family switch to MHB on routine care. Hospital days not required. Most are on skilled days or custodial days not involving any hospital days. So I don't understand? Unless referring to hospital to SNF admission requiring at least 3 day stay?
