On slide 19 of today's presentation, you presented this statistic regarding the disposition of your palliative care patients: "72% enrolled in HOspice Medicare Benefit in LTC facility."

Could you please clarify if those patients required qualifying hospital stays? If so, the seemingly logical assumption would be that they were referred from your hospital program. Please confirm/clarify. Thank you.

The below response is from Dr. Todd Cote, Chief Medical Officer of Hospice of the Bluegrass:

They or family switch to MHB on routine care. Hospital days not required. Most are on skilled days or custodial days not involving any hospital days. So I don't understand? Unless referring to hospital to SNF admission requiring at least 3 day stay?
