I am very interested in some guidance in developing a palliative care program in the LTC. I would love to share more information with those who may be so kind to offer some assistance. Thanks in advance!!

There are lots of steps in developing a LTC PC program--beyond the scope of a forum discussion. The Palliative Care and Hospice Center of the Bluegrass has been providing some educational opportunities for program development in the outpatient setting. I would encourage you to contact them for more information.
