I am an NP in a LTC facility. We are just beginning a palliative program and are looking for resources/videos/DVDs that would be helpful to family members who are struggling with making decisions r/t advance directives (i.e should we OK IV fluids, feeding tube, etc) as well as helping family members know what to expect at the end of life. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
