Hello! My name is Beth Ann Wilson, I am a nurse practitioner recently hired by a hospice to start a palliative care program. The program will basically be me for the time being and I have been developing forms, guidelines etc, in hopes to start taking referrals by 3-15. Any advice and support from someone who has been there and done that would be awesome!

Have you spoken with Janet Braun from Hospice of the Bluegrass? She would be an invaluable source of information for you. Her information is on the CAPC website. I can assist you with questions related to long-term care.
