Beth, There are lots of resources available through the PCLC training. I'd encourage you to take advantage of this training. The areas covered are: System Assessment and Mission Alignment, Clinical Models and Staffing, Building a Financial Case, Measurement/Data, Community Partnerships, Education, Internal Marketing, Implementation.
