Hello! My name is Beth Ann Wilson, I am a nurse practitioner recently hired by a hospice to start a palliative care program. The program will basically be me for the time being and I have been developing forms, guidelines etc, in hopes to start taking referrals by 3-15. Any advice and support from someone who has been there and done that would be awesome!

Beth, There are lots of resources available through the PCLC training. I'd encourage you to take advantage of this training. The areas covered are: System Assessment and Mission Alignment, Clinical Models and Staffing, Building a Financial Case, Measurement/Data, Community Partnerships, Education, Internal Marketing, Implementation.
