Does anyone have a copy of a contract between a palliative care program, (not hospice) that utilizes a team that uses apnp to do the consults and visits and a nursing home?

Is there a CMS regulation requiring 2 RNs at all times in order for a PCA to run? Often a PCA infusion is the right treatment for hospice patients in LTC facilities. It is easier to get PCAs at home than in a facility.
