We are in the process of developing and order set for end-of-life care perhaps utilizing the POLST concept. I would be interested in looking at your policy for our hospital based palliative care program. Thanks. EH

We too are in the process of developing comfort care orders (EOL) and protocol. Not sure if we are all looking at the POLST concept at this point. I would also be interested if others have a copy of their EOL/cc policy and order set to share. Thank you. Mary mermar@rhathealthcare.org.
