We are a 400+ bed hospital with 450-500 consults per year. We staff a full-time physician, full-time nurse coordinator, 0.5 fte social worker, and 0.5 fte chaplain on a consult basis anywhere in the facility, Mon.- Fri. 8:30-5:00. How is documentation do ...
