Hi, I am interested in forming a Palliative Care Committee in my hospital. Do you have a good Mission, Vision and Goal statement for Palliative Care that I could use?

A place to start is your hospital's mission statement and current hospital strategic goals as you will want to align your work with these. The definition of palliative care: "specialized medical care for people with serious illnesses, focused on providing patients with relief from the symptoms, pain, and stress of a serious illness—whatever the diagnosis," provides language to incorporate in your goals and vision.
