We are in third year of our inpatient consultation, to begin with , i had started with monthly self care rounds for the interdisciplinary team of the hospital,an hour session to vent and to discuss dificult cases, now with the growth of our program we have added a N.P and she has added relaxation technique and guided imagery.

For the P.C team members self care, I make it a point to reinforce the importance of self care during working hours, at our weekly interdisciplinary rounds.
