Thank you for your question Lisa. At UAB we have developed "pocket cards" entitled "Got Pages." We provide those cards to all housestaff and other MD's on an ongoing basis. We use it as our calling card for them. On the inside leaflet it has the eligibility criteria for inpatient consultation coupled with an equianalgesic dosing chart which is the hook that makes them sometimes hang on to it.

In addition, we have developed flyers, etc. that explain appropriate patients for outpatient supportive care referral.

Thanks, Sandra, for your information. Would you be willing to share UAB's leaflets, flyers, and "Got pages" pocket cards? I would be very interested in seeing what UAB and other institutions are using for this.

We are in the process of deciding what to put on pocket cards for healthcare practitioners... and there's so much... we don't want it to overwhelm...
