Thank you for your question Lisa. At UAB we have developed "pocket cards" entitled "Got Pages." We provide those cards to all housestaff and other MD's on an ongoing basis. We use it as our calling card for them. On the inside leaflet it has the eligibility criteria for inpatient consultation coupled with an equianalgesic dosing chart which is the hook that makes them sometimes hang on to it.

In addition, we have developed flyers, etc. that explain appropriate patients for outpatient supportive care referral.
