I've looked over the Physician Survey on CAPC, but wondered what other hospitals are doing. We have a consult service and want to develop a survey to discover what physicians know about our services, if they like our services, and how we might better meet their needs. Anyone doing any such surveys/market analysis??

Our health system included Palliative Care in a survey of the value that physicians placed on various clinical services. This is a global survey of how the service is valued. Our program was rated very high in this survey. We have also surveyed physicians specifically to ascertain their preception of the value of palliative care.
