Our health system included Palliative Care in a survey of the value that physicians placed on various clinical services. This is a global survey of how the service is valued. Our program was rated very high in this survey. We have also surveyed physicians specifically to ascertain their preception of the value of palliative care. I am trying to create a survey for the physicians that will provide feedback on the service as well as my clinical practice feedback as the APN for PC. Could you please email me the survey that you referenced? Perhaps it can help me as well. Thanks.
