Post GIP admission to hospital, how much assessments?

Hi all,
Our hospital says that an initial nursing assessment must be completed,
How many are assessing a Braden Scale?
VTE prophylaxis,

For hospice GIP direct admits to a local hospital?

In order for a hospice patient to be admitted to the hospital, there must first be a written, signed contract between the hospital and the hospice. The determination of hospice GIP eligibility is made by the hospice staff based on Medicare Hospice Benefit requirements stipulated in regulation. Documentation to support the GIP level of care must demonstrate that the patient is in need of inpatient pain and/or symptom management which cannot be provided in other settings. The patient must meet the general admission criteria for hospice and 'elect' (choose) the Medicare Hospice Benefit.
