We are a Palliative Care consulting team that is contracted with facilities. We are looking to make our program more attractive to the facilities so we can secure more consulting work. What, if any, are the administrative fees facilities are being charged for using a Pallitive Care consulting team?

Assuming the facilities that you want to contract with are hospitals, the attraction would be the fact that the palliative care consulting service would contribute to cost savings and increasing through put in the acute care setting. If you are seeing patients in the hospital your negotiations in the contract could include a percentage of your salary and benefit costs. I do not have a specific figure to offer.
