I'm responding for Gretchen. We do not have a home care license. Our hospice is a part A Medicare provider. Our palliative care service is a physicians practice with Part B Medicare provider status. With this structure,
we do not run into the difficulties you mention. This palliative care program includes MD, ARNP, RN case manager, and a LCSW. We can make home visits, though the majority of visits are conducted in the clinic setting.
