Post Inpt hospice facility in a SNF

I am looking for information from anyone who has a licensed hospice inpt unit that is located in a nsg home/SNF. I am needing information on contracts, leasing, staffing, etc. Any help is appreciated.

Greetings--thank you for your query, but this site is mostly used by palliative care staff working in hospitals. For the type of information you seek we recommend you seek legal advice and advice from the NHPCO (nhpco.com).
