We are trying to find some type of palliative care training program or conference for our hospital-based pharmacists. Does any one have suggestions? Thanks so much!

At this time, I'm not aware of clinical training specifically for pharmacists. The national conferences often have sessions that are very meaningful for pharmacists. There may be some established programs that would consider shadowing for the pharmacist at their program site. If programs become known we can all share that information here on the Forum.

There are now some pharmacy palliative residency programs.
