I'm not entirely sure exactly what you are asking, but I think you are asking what training/credentials providers should have ideally had to be able to work on the team.
If that is the question, MDs would ideally already be board certified as palliative care physicians and NPs have their ACHPN (Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse) certification.
That being said, they are certainly not pre-requisites to starting work in a palliative care program (I obtained my ACHPN licensure within a year of having started and some of our attending MDs have not yet obtained their palliative care board certification yet).
If you are asking about hospital privileges as well, I don't know what is involved.
