I am interested to know how your hospital/healthcare facility is working with the New York Palliative Care Information Act legislation. Specifically if you've created a policy, how you plan on tracking compliance, how/who is executing the information directed by the guidelines.
I am in CA and AB 2747 took effect 1/1/09.

HI--its my understanding that the committee in NY involved with setting standards that facilities should use to meet the new legislation are still incomplete; so stay tuned.
