I am also interested in finding out as much as I can on the implementation of Skype for use in our community pediatric palliative and hospice care program. Some issues that have been presented are HIPAA and confidentiality, hacking into conversations, documentation, any billing potential (physicians), purpose of use - family communication tool and/or clinical visit.

For any who have researched and implemented its use, please share.
