Congratulations on your proactive attention to team wellness, an important topic for clinicians in palliative care. Sounds like you are working to make self care part of the structure of your program by addressing it through specific policies--great idea. Some suggestions would include adding self care as an annual competency or performance objective for each member of your team, including educational activities related to self care to your program's strategic plan, or including a check in about self care as an agenda item for team meetings.
This is a rich topic for ongoing sharing of ideas and strategies.
