The fact that you even have to make this statement indicates that you have stumbled upon an unmet need. There is obviously a need to discuss clinical issues. Why not thru CAPC? Where else can this be done confidentially on a national level? Consider starting a section for clinical problems, and maybe even a section for each symptom. I think it would be a valuable resource and it might attract more traffic to your website. At least it would keep clinical concerns out of you administrative section.
