The fact that you even have to make this statement indicates that you have stumbled upon an unmet need. There is obviously a need to discuss clinical issues. Why not thru CAPC? Where else can this be done confidentially on a national level? Consider starting a section for clinical problems, and maybe even a section for each symptom. I think it would be a valuable resource and it might attract more traffic to your website. At least it would keep clinical concerns out of you administrative section.

Dear Rnielsen:

Thank you for your suggestion that CAPC Forum become a site for a clinical care bulletin board.

The focus of CAPC has been and will continue to be palliative care program development and operational management. However, we recognize the need for a United States based clinical bulletin board and will be re-evaluating our policy over the next several weeks. For now, we recommend you consider subscribing to PalliativeDrugs.com, a British-based clinical care listserve.
