Any chance that you could forward the same info to me? I think that I may have seen UCSF's orders in the past?!? But are in the process of writing the policy for EOL for our hospital.

Kathlee, Would you please send me the standard orders and end-of-life care policy as well. We have some initial policies but I would like to see what others are doing.
