I understand your concern... and it is a reasonable one. How others perceive your program is key. Associations with end-of-life, oncology, or other traditional palliative care starting points can be hard to break in the minds of your referrers. Many programs are based in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine. Best,
