A wonderful, moving, and basic series that includes the perspectives of all those involved (patients, family, clinicians) would be On Our Own Terms, by Bill Moyers. This has a number of segments that can be watched at different times and would be a great starting point for group discussion.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have a copy of On Our Own Terms available and will probably review again for use with new employees. I was hoping to find something that is no longer then 30 mins that can be used as an introduction to PC in the first week of employment. In the nursing home we will provide a 4 hour class room education within the first month of employment.
